It doesn’t have to be hard to find an effective skincare routine when you live with chronic dry skin, psoriasis or eczema. A simple, 3-step emollient therapy used as part of a daily skincare routine can help to keep your skin healthy, moisturised and symptom-free.

Developed for the symptomatic treatment of chapped, red inflamed or dry skin, Zerobase Emollient Cream is the perfect cream to include in your emollient therapy routine. Enriched with skin nourishing liquid paraffin, this light, non-greasy formula provides long-lasting moisture to the skin whilst absorbing quickly, making it perfect for use throughout the day.

Who is Zerobase Emollient Cream For?

Zerobase Emollient Cream is hypoallergenic and is therefore suitable for children and adults living with chapped, red or inflamed skin caused by chronic dry skin, psoriasis and eczema. It can be used almost anywhere on the body, including face, feet and hands.

How does Zerobase Emollient Cream work?

Zerobase Cream contains liquid paraffin and white soft paraffin that are known to help reduce water evaporation from the skin.

In dry skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis, water loss from the upper skin layer is linked to a reduced skin barrier function (1). This reduced barrier function makes the skin more susceptible to external environmental triggers which aggravate the condition and leads to further itching, scratching and inflammation. So over time, use of Zerobase Cream may help to restore the skin’s natural barrier function, resulting in overall healthier skin.

How should Zerobase Emollient Cream be used?

For both adults and children: apply Zerobase to affected skin areas as often as required. Smooth the cream gently into the skin with clean hands in the direction of the hair growth.

Top tip:

Apply Zerobase Cream to raw areas of skin for protection and as an emollient before and after showering/bathing to prevent dry skin or eczema drying even further.

Zerobase Emollient Cream is for external use only. It may cause allergic reactions or local skin reactions. People hypersensitive to any of the ingredients should not use Zerobase Emollient Cream. Avoid any contact with the eyes.

It is deemed unlikely that Zerobase has any negative effect on pregnant and breastfeeding women when applied as directed.

The high content of paraffin makes it more easily ignited by flames. Stay away from fire when using this product.

Check with your doctor before use of Zerobase if your skin is badly cracked, broken, bleeding or infected.
