Sorion Cream is an Ayurvedic-based treatment for dry, rough, reddened, and irritated skin. Its blend of ingredients has been used for thousands of years to treat skin conditions in India.

Suitable for daily use and as complementary care alongside other skincare treatments, it helps to calm, repair, and protect skin that has become dry and damaged. It is especially useful for itchy and/or flaky skin and skin affected by psoriasis.

This product is free of most of the irritants often found in other common creams and lotions, such as colours and preservatives.  Its natural ingredients mean this cream can generally be used even on the most sensitive skin.

The blend of coconut oil with neem, turmeric, Indian madder and sweet indrajao has a range of positive effects on the skin, with antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antioxidant actions.

The cream has a fast-acting effect on itching, scaling, swelling, and reddening, as well as a lasting effect on the general health of the skin. You can read more than 150 customer reviews here.

Apply a thin layer of the cream to affected areas in the morning and evening. Massage it gently onto the skin until it is absorbed.

Where the skin is flaky or reddened, do not rub the cream in. Instead, apply a thin layer and allow the skin to absorb it naturally. Repeat this during the day for more intensive care of especially irritated skin.

Sorion Cream is for external use only and care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes and other mucous membranes. It should not be applied to open or weeping wounds, and do not use on cracked or infected skin.

After use, avoid direct sunlight on the patches of skin where it has been applied. Store it away from children, in a cool, dry place.

The colour and consistency of this cream may vary, due to its natural ingredient content, but this does not affect its healing actions.

It can be used by adults and can generally be used safely during pregnancy, but check your doctor if you are unsure.

If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, find an alternative treatment. In the event of an unexpected skin reaction, stop using the cream and seek medical advice.

Please check the label before use to confirm you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. Only for external use. Do not apply onto open wounds or infected, cracked skin. Avoid direct sunlight immediately after use. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and mucous membrane.

Side Effects

Sorion Cream does not have any known side effects. No reported interactions with other medicinal products exist.

Sorion products contain the ingredient Curcuma longa rhizome extract derived from turmeric roots. Studies have shown that turmeric extracts can lead to adverse effects - so at HelloSkin we advise you to test your Sorion product on a small skin area before applying it on your affected skin area.

How to test for unwanted skin reaction: Apply a small amount of the product on your inner lower forearm. Rub it in and allow it to dry on the skin. Do not wash the area for at least 24 hours before evaluating potential reactions.

What are the signs for a reaction: In skin care products the typical adverse effects are redness, swelling, itching, burning, bumps, or other unusual appearance or feeling of your skin.

What to do: If you do not experience a visible or tactile reaction to the product, then it’s most likely that you will not react negatively to the product on your affected body area. If you, unfortunately, experienced a reaction to the product you should stop using it immediately, contact HelloSkin, and if your reaction is persistent please contact your GP!
