Drapolene Cream is a diverse product that helps improve the condition of sore, reddened skin affected by nappy rash. Nappy rash can is an extremely unpleasant and distressing condition, that Drapolene Cream can help tackle.

Primarily used by parents to relieve nappy rash, this gentle, water-based cream can be applied every day during each nappy change.

It helps relieve red and sore skin that has been caused by wet or soiled nappies, especially when they have been left for too long.

Its combination of ingredients provides powerful moisturising properties: in particular, white soft paraffin and lanolin work as emollients to hydrate the skin, reinforcing the skin’s natural barrier that protects against irritation and regulates moisture levels.

The cream also contains ingredients with anaesthetic properties that help keep potentially harmful bacteria from further troubling a baby’s tender skin.

Drapolene Cream is also effective in preventing and easing the irritation associated with urinary dermatitis in adults, as well as for the relief of minor burns, including limited sunburn.

It contains no artificial fragrance, which can potentially irritate sensitive skin.

For nappy rash, thoroughly clean the nappy area first and ensure your hands are clean. Then apply a little of the cream to the area, with special attention paid to the folds of the skin.

For urinary dermatitis, clean and dry the skin first. Then apply as regularly as needed.

For minor burns, apply a little of the cream to the area as needed.

Drapolene Cream is only for external use. In the case of accidental contact with the eyes, flush out thoroughly with clean water.

Avoid using this product if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, especially lanolin or amaranth (colouring).

Keep this cream out of the sight and reach of children.

In the event of a skin reaction or any other side effects, stop using the cream and consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms continue.

Side Effects

The only known side effects of using Drapolene Cream occur due to allergic reactions to the ingredient amaranth, which may cause asthma, & allergic-type reactions in some people, especially those who are allergic to aspirin.
