Description

Alphosyl 2-in-1 Medicated Shampoo with herbal fragrance is specially developed for scalp conditions like psoriasis, where itchiness, scaling, or dandruff occurs.

Different from most other products made to relieve scalp psoriasis on our website, Alphosyl 2-in-1 contains coal tar extract. This active ingredient has anti-scaling properties, relieving scalp irritation and itch.

Coal tar also helps breaking down keratin, which is part of the skin structure. This helps to reduce scalp-build up as coal tar stimulates the upper layers of the skin to shed dead skin cells and slow down excess growth.

Before using this product, make sure to read precautions to determine product suitability. As per our scientific approach here at HelloSkin, we have selected products suitable for various needs and symptoms available here.
